American Sanke Keg Coupler

The American sanke coupler (also known as the sanke D coupler) is the most popular tap used in the United States and Canada.  The American sanke coupler fits almost all commercial beer kegs in North American, including both national brand breweries and craft breweries.  Typical examples include Budweiser, Miller, Coors, Molson, Samuel Adams, Dogfish Head, Harpoon, Smuttynose, Longtrail, Founders, Lagunitas, etc.  

If you are using your coupler with an existing draft setup, you may not need the extra hardware listed below.  For example, with an existing draft setup, the beer shank hex nut, barbed tail piece and neoprene washer are usually already attached to the beer line, which travels to the beer faucet.  If you are setting up a new draft line, then you will most likely need the items listed below.
