How to Install Aqueon Large Replacement Filter Cartridges Properly?

1. Gently push down on the Bio-Holster grid and pull the used cartridge upward to remove.
2. Do not clean or remove the Bio-Holster, as it houses beneficial nitrifying bacteria essential for biological filtration.
3. Rinse the new cartridge under cold tap water to eliminate any carbon dust.
4. Align the cartridge’s key slot with the slot on the Bio-Holster grid.
5. Slide into place until securely positioned.
