Target hops add flavours of Pine, Orange and Cedar Wood aromas. Target is great in traditional ales giving a classic hop character.
Target Hops work well in English bitters, porters, and stouts. Mainly used for it's aroma, but can add complex bitterness if used late in the boil as well as earthy, sage-like tones with mild citrus and woody undertones.
Target Hop T90 Pellets have been specially processed so that you get more lupulin (the yellow powder inside hops that have lots of aroma) in the pellet.
This means you can get high amounts of aromas with less bitterness., less funkiness and more fruitiness.
