Our Vision
Empowering, Inspiring and Encouraging women; as we build character and integrity, that promotes sisterhood and embraces a unified and purpose filled life within the global community.
“Our EIE (Empowerment, Inspirational, and Encouragement) focus is the foundation and guiding force for all that we do.”
Our Experience
Our Servants
Our Servants
There are groups and organizations that are ready and able to help homeless and transitional women and young adults get back on their feet. Most times a human connection sparks a significant moment that can change someone’s life, and the Women of G.E.M.S. have experienced first-hand interactions with several individuals that made lasting memories for all of us. Our team has spent the last decade assisting shelters with planning, raising money, resume writing and equipping the women with resources to make their transition a seamless one.
Our Promise
Our Promise
As the saying goes: “If you want happiness for an hour, take a nap. If you want happiness for a day, go shopping. If you want happiness for a year, inherit a fortune but if you want happiness for a lifetime, help somebody.” Our promise is just that… to continue making a difference in the lives of other women and young adults throughout our country. As we all know, it is better to give than to receive and everyone on our team and in the G.E.M.S. organization lives and breathes being servants of others. Our promise to give of our time, our knowledge, our resources, but most importantly, give our ‘LOVE’!!

Workshops
Our workshops provide participants with the opportunity to engage in meaningful, interactive, energetic, nonthreatening conversations and activities. The workshop objectives are specific to the needs of our audience. We promote discussion, allow for insight and reflection to bring about change.
Mentoring
Mentoring affords avenues to personally connect with the women and young adults that we serve. We are able to meet individuals where they currently are, listen, reciprocate with practical advice, build relationships, and empower/support mentees. Development of transferable skills like communication, teamwork, and self-esteem helps our mentees manage future situations.
